Return Policy

As part of the Foley Brand Team, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as easy as possible! Unworn or unwashed merchandise with tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order fulfillment.

All online order returns and exchanges must be made through our returns process here.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To begin the returns process, please visit our returns center and enter your order number (example: DTC #12345) and your shipping zip code. Select which items from your order you wish to return. Print the provided return shipping label and packing slip. Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once received, we will refund your original form of payment in 10 business days.

REFUND PROCESS

Returns will be processed within 1–2 weeks after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2–3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
